Returns & Exchanges
Minor fractures may occur on paper products / product packaging during handling but we do make sure that we double protect them to make their journey safest to you.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at email@example.com or drop us a direct message on Instagram at @jieyanow.atelier. We will be more than happy to sort it all out for you.
RETURN AND REFUND
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and a refund for store credits.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through email will not be accepted.

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a refund provided your order has not been shipped. A charge of 6% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund on any cancelled orders to cover the fees incurred when the initial payment was made.
Once the parcel has been fulfilled the terms of our Refund Policy will take effect.
